Also featured in this recent document release appears to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, located in the American territory.
Jeffrey Epstein bought a smaller island - the Little St James - back in 1998, but subsequently obtained the more expansive adjacent island in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million.
The released images suggest he had drawn up development schemes to develop the substantial island by building homes, an amphitheatre, an underwater office and a pool.
Visible on the blueprint is a channel, a marine passage in the territory, marked on the bottom right.
The architectural drawing is marked up in handwritten red notes and features a notes section identifying distinct sections of the estate.
Accompanying the main plan are what seem to be several other site drawings and engineering blueprints, such as designs for marina coverings.
